Unlock the Future of Wireless Gaming with Razer’s Revolutionary Hot-Swappable OLED Keyboard
Razer Unveils the BlackWidow V4 Pro 75%: A Wireless, Hot-Swappable Gaming Keyboard with OLED Screen
A Closer Look at the BlackWidow V4 Pro 75%
Razer’s latest gaming keyboard, the BlackWidow V4 Pro 75%, is a game-changer. This wireless, hot-swappable keyboard with an OLED screen has left me buzzing even a week after its debut at RazerCon. I was so impressed that I couldn’t stop showing my coworker the pictures on my phone.
Hot-Swappable Switches and Keycaps
The BlackWidow V4 Pro 75% boasts hot-swappable switches and keycaps, allowing you to personalize your gaming experience. This isn’t Razer’s first foray into hot-swappable mechanical keyboards – the predecessor, the BlackWidow V4, was a wired model. However, the company is still innovating in this space, offering a wireless option with this new release.
OLED Display and Command Dial
The keyboard features an OLED display situated next to a Command Dial, which lets you scroll through settings and view your actions on the screen. You can use the dial and display to quickly check PC or keyboard-related stats and change keyboard settings, such as polling rate or RGB Chroma profiles, on the fly.
Wireless Connectivity and Power Saving Mode
The BlackWidow V4 Pro 75% offers multi-point connectivity, allowing you to wirelessly connect to up to three devices simultaneously, even while it’s being charged. The Power Saving Mode turns off the OLED display and RGB, pauses communication with the Razer Synapse companion app, and extends battery life to an impressive 2,100 hours.
Customization Options
The keyboard ships with Razer’s proprietary Orange Tactile Switches Gen-3, but can be replaced with both 3- and 5-pin mechanical switches. A handful of YouTubers who specialize in customizing keyboards were given early access to the device, and their designs showcased the endless possibilities for personalization.
Availability and Pricing
The Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro 75% is now available for pre-order on the Razer site and in Razer stores, with a retail price of $300. It will become available on September 24.
