Unlock Lightning-Fast Performance on a Budget: Nubia Red Magic 10 Pro Review
Nubia Red Magic 10 Pro: Two-Minute Review
In a world where two phone makers, Asus and Nubia, battle it out to create the best gaming phone, we have the Nubia Red Magic 10 Pro, a more affordable alternative to the Asus ROG Phone 9 Pro. With a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and a built-in cooling fan, it’s about as powerful as its rival. In fact, it’s the same processor that powers the ROG Phone 9 Pro, with identical performance. With its larger battery capacity, it’s marginally more stable and consistent than its competitor.
A 6.85-inch AMOLED display is complimented by a 144Hz refresh rate, rendering gaming visuals remarkably fluid. The 7,050mAh battery ensures extended usage, and an 80W charger lets you quickly replenish your energy sources. It’s the perfect phone for gamers who enjoy long gaming sessions without worrying about battery life.
The Red Magic 10 Pro doesn’t deviate much from its predecessor’s design, featuring a big and heavy form, with flat surfaces and a gamer-oriented aesthetic. Camera capabilities have seen no significant enhancements, retaining a 50MP wide-angle and ultra-wide-angle lens, and a lowly 2MP selfie camera.
Gaming-centric features include capacitive rails and a switch for Nubia’s Gamespace. While the software, called Redmagic, is fast and customizable, its design remains a letdown.

Don’t Buy It If…
You prioritize camera performance or selfie capabilities. The Red Magic 10 Pro’s camera setup is unimpressive, with outdated innards and a subpar selfie camera.
