Tecno’s Futuristic Fold2 and Flip2 Phones: Revolutionizing Mobile Tech with Jaw-Dropping Results
Weekly Poll Results: Tecno’s Phantom V Fold2 and V Flip2 Show Promise
The results are in, and it’s clear that Tecno’s new foldables are generating a lot of buzz. But with great expectations come great responsibility – the next step is for reviews to come out and give these devices the thumbs up or thumbs down.
A Mixed Bag of Opinions
The Tecno Phantom V Fold2 has received some criticism for reusing the Dimensity 9000+ chipset from its predecessor. However, on the bright side, Tecno has managed to keep the price lower than competing horizontal foldables and has brought a significant battery upgrade this generation (+750mAh capacity and faster charging).
A Different Story for the V Flip2
The Tecno Phantom V Flip2 has a different chipset from its predecessor, but unfortunately, it’s not an upgrade. This has attracted some negative comments, but overall, the V Flip2 is seen as a bigger upgrade over the original than the V Fold2 over the V Fold.
Availability and Software Concerns
Availability is currently limited to Africa, but the devices are expected to expand to Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America next month. Unfortunately, there’s no word yet on a European launch. One final concern that’s been raised is software – Tecno needs to build up its reputation for keeping older phones on current software.
Reviews on the Horizon
We’re working on detailed reviews for both the Phantom V Fold2 and the Phantom V Flip2, so stay tuned for battery and charging tests, benchmarks, and all the other tests we do.
