According to the earnings report, Samsung is focusing on “securing design wins for mobile models scheduled for release in the second half of 2025.” This development is significant, as it means that the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold7 and Z Flip7 foldable phones are likely to be powered by the Exynos 2500. While it’s unclear whether all versions of these phones will come with the Exynos 2500 or some markets will opt for the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite, we can expect Exynos 2500-powered units to hit the market.

Specifications for the Exynos 2500 have already been leaked in the past. The latest update shows a new CPU cluster configuration, featuring a 1+2+2+5 architecture, which is a departure from the 1+2+3+4 setup used in the Exynos 2400.
