Revolutionary Rolex Drop of 2024 Unveiled: It’s Not a Timepiece

The Rolex Submariner: A Dive Watch Like No Other

For over 120 years, Rolex has been synonymous with luxury and precision. But despite its rich history, the iconic watchmaker has never released an official book – until now. Oyster Perpetual Submariner—The Watch That Unlocked the Deep is the first authorized and definitive history of the 70-year-old tool watch.

A Dive Watch Like No Other

The Rolex Submariner is arguably the most famous dive watch, if not the most famous watch, of all time. With its rich history and stunning design, it’s no wonder that Rolex would want to set the record straight on this iconic timepiece. Written by historian and author Nicholas Foulkes, this 252-page tome is a must-have for any watch enthusiast.

A Master of Watch Books

Foulkes is no stranger to the world of watches or creating collectible coffee table books. His previous works include The Impossible Collection of Watches, Patek Philippe: The Authorized Biography, Jaeger-LeCoultre: Reverso, and Louis Vuitton Manufactures.

Get Your Hands on a Limited Edition Copy

Initially, a set of limited silk-bound copies will be available for pre-order directly from the Wallpaper Store between September 16th and 19th. The book will officially go on sale on September 20th, with other popular book retailers, including Amazon and Barnes and Noble, starting to ship copies in early October.

The First in a Series of Iconic Watch Books

This title is the first in a series of books Rolex plans to launch around its most iconic models. While we don’t know what the next entry will be, we’re guessing it’ll be the Daytona or Datejust.
