Revolutionary Bulletproof Dive Watch Returns with Enhanced Features

The Ball Engineer Master II Ballistic Diver: A Game-Changer in Dive Watches

When it comes to dive watches, Ball has always been a name synonymous with reliability, durability, and innovation. Their latest addition, the Ball Engineer Master II Ballistic Diver, is no exception. This watch boasts a host of features that set it apart from its predecessors and rivals.

A New Level of Water Resistance

One of the most significant improvements is the mechanism that allows the watch to operate the inner bezel without compromising water resistance. This means that you can dive to depths of 300m without worrying about the pressure affecting the watch’s performance. As one rep from Ball explains, "Unscrewing and operating a standard crown under water would release the pressure on the gasket and may affect the water resistance. Thanks to our mechanism, we’re relieved of this constraint, and we can operate the inner bezel in a dive without affecting the water resistance."

A Revamped Dial

The watch’s dial has undergone a significant transformation, becoming cleaner and more legible. The wavy texture of the original dial is gone, replaced by a new, more minimalistic design. The date has been moved from 4:30 to 3 o’clock and now features a cyclopean magnifier.

Truly Tritium

The Ball Engineer Master II Ballistic Diver features an abundance of Ball’s signature tritium gas lume, particularly on the indices and fully lumed bezel. In total, the watch boasts an impressive 48 micro gas tubes – 12 more than its predecessor. This increased lume provides unparalleled visibility in low-light conditions, making it the perfect tool for divers and explorers.

Unbeatable Durability

Inside, the watch maintains the technology that made it virtually bulletproof in the first place. The movement is still protected by Ball’s Amortiser anti-shock system, which can withstand 5,000 Gs of force (or more). Additionally, the watch is still water-resistant to 300m, and its anti-magnetic resistance has been significantly improved. The movement’s protective Mu-metal shield can now withstand up to 1,000 gauss – a significant upgrade over the original’s 60-gauss capacity.

A Game-Changer in Dive Watches

The Ball Engineer Master II Ballistic Diver is a true game-changer in the world of dive watches. Its cutting-edge technology, paired with its rugged design and impressive lume, make it an asset for divers, explorers, and anyone who demands the best. Whether you’re venturing into the depths or simply want a reliable companion for your daily adventures, this watch is sure to impress.
