Oppo Find Series to Get Massive Annual Launch Expos
Oppo’s Flagship Find Series Launch Strategy Revealed
Oppo has been busy in the recent past, with the unveiling of the Find X8 and Find X8 Pro. As the company prepares for the next round of flagship releases, an Oppo executive has shed light on the brand’s upcoming launch strategy for the Find series.
Two Launch Events per Year
According to Zhou Yibao, an Oppo executive, the company plans to host two launch events for the Find series every year. One event will take place in the spring, while the other will happen in the autumn (or fall, depending on your regional preference).
The Find X8 and Find X8 Pro launched in the autumn/fall season, which leads us to assume that the upcoming Find X8 Ultra and Find X8 Mini will make their debut in the spring. This means fans can expect a brand-new flagship phone from Oppo in the first half of the year.
Find N5: The Roadmap
While the Find N5 is scheduled to launch before the Find X8 Ultra and Find X8 Mini, according to the same executive. However, the phone will be rebranded as the OnePlus Open 2 when it reaches global markets outside of China.
If you’re interested in knowing more about the OnePlus Open 2, its specs and first renders have already been leaked. For now, Oppo is testing the Find X8 Ultra prototypes, which boast a telephoto macro camera. However, it’s still uncertain whether this feature will make the final cut.
