Master the Best Sorcery in Elden Ring: Glintstone Nails Guide
So you’re after information on the Glintstone Nail and Glintstone Nails Sorceries, huh? Well, these spells are definitely worth grabbing, especially if you’re into Sorcery and dishing out some damage from a distance. Let’s dive in and learn a bit more about each Sorcery.
First, these spells are exclusive to Elden Ring’s Shadow of the Erdtree expansion. You can find Count Ymir in the Cathedral of Manus Meyr, deep in Scadu Altus. However, don’t expect him to share them with you right off the bat. You need to complete his side quest for him to sell you these spells, all for a cool 12,000 Runes per piece.
Now, here’s a breakdown of the two Sorceries: The Glintstone Nail (GSN) has low FP costs and quick cast times, making it effective for consistent damage when stacked with proper equipment built for Sorcery. And to top it off, charging up the spell adds additional potency. On the flip side, the Glintstone Nails Sorcery (GSN’s triple-talking cousin, apparently) fires multiple shards in quick succession, blasting multiple enemies for significant damage when paired with Sorcery-wielding gear. There is a catch, however, as it costs an awfully lot more FP – 23, in total – making it reserved for those with extra cast juice.
If you still manage to snag these sorcery spells, you won’t be disappointed. Enjoy firing off those glinty projectiles and taking a gander at the wonders to come!
