iPhone 16 Pro: Reviving Iconic Nokia Features – What You Need to Know
So you’re probably thinking about those old Nokia phones, specifically the one that popularized Snake, right? The Nokia 3210 – a blast from the past! But I’m talking about a different phone – the Nokia N95. This multimedia powerhouse predates the iPhone by a whole year and packed in far more features than its counterpart would for generations to come. And, rumour has it, the forthcoming iPhone 16 might be bringing back one of my all-time favourite features, the camera button of old, just like the N95. Yes, that’s right, folks!
Now, I know what you’re thinking – “What’s the big deal about a camera button?” Well, let me tell you, it’s enormous! This simple little switch can make all the difference in your photography game, especially when you’re using the zoom. You squeeze it gently to focus, and then squeeze it again to take the shot – it’s like a camera in your hand, only better!
The N95 had a whopping 13 buttons on its front face, including Send, End, and a 4-way pad. And slide it one way, you’d reveal a 12-key number pad or the other way, media playback controls – the rage in those days was iPod. But I’m not talking about those buttons. Oh no, I’m going on about the side of the phone, where we find the camera button!
Just like the Action Button on today’s iPhone, the N95’s button let you press and hold to activate the camera, and it still has a sliding camera cover with that awesome camera button that predates the Action Button altogether. It’s a reminder that even the oldest tricks can still be golden!
