Introducing the Upcoming Vivo T4x 5G and Y59 5G Smartphones

vivo Set to Launch Two New Smartphones in India

T4x 5G and Y59 5G Get BIS Certification

vivo is gearing up to release not one, but two new smartphones in the Indian market. The T4x 5G and Y59 5G have both been certified by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), signaling their imminent arrival. The BIS certification has assigned model numbers V2437 to the T4x 5G and V2443 to the Y59 5G.

The certification, while exciting, doesn’t provide any additional information about the devices. However, this is usually a sign that a launch is imminent, and we can expect to see these new smartphones hit the market within the next few weeks.

A Glimpse into the Past

For context, the vivo T3x was launched in India last year with a starting price of INR 13,499. It boasted a 6.72-inch 1080p display, powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset. The device was available with 4 to 8GB of RAM, 128/256GB of storage, a 50 MP primary camera, a 2 MP depth sensor, an 8 MP selfie camera, and a 6,000 mAh battery with support for 44W wired charging.

The vivo Y58, on the other hand, sports the same display, the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC, and 8GB of RAM, along with 128GB of storage. Interestingly, it appears to be nearly identical to the T3x, suggesting that the T4x and Y59 could follow a similar path.

What to Expect

As we wait for more information about the T4x 5G and Y59 5G, one thing is clear: vivo is committed to delivering high-quality devices to the Indian market. We’ll be sure to keep you updated as soon as more details emerge.
