Monster Hunter: Wilds Performance Targets Revealed

In a recent community update stream, the director of Monster Hunter: Wilds, Yuya Tokuda, shared details about the game’s performance on consoles. The update stream covered various aspects of the game, including its performance targets on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.

Console Performance

For PS5 and Xbox Series X, the game will offer a Prioritise Graphics mode at 30fps and a Prioritise Framerate mode at 60fps. Xbox Series S, however, will only run at 30fps, while PC performance will vary depending on hardware.

PS5 Pro Patch

The PS5 Pro patch, which will be available at launch, is expected to enhance graphics, with more details to be revealed closer to the game’s release.
