Phoenix Labs, the creators of Dauntless and Fae Farm, has announced the heartbreaking news that they will be parting ways with the “majority” of their team members. The decision comes mere weeks after rumors circulated about more cutbacks brewing.

Phoenix Labs had previously rode high on the waves of their debut title Dauntless’s free-to-play model, offering gamers a competitive yet accessible hunt-style experience with unique flair. Fast forward a year, however, and rumors emerged about changes being made; sadly, yesterday proved those theories accurate.
