Breakthrough Alert: Dimensity 9500’s Brings 4GHz-Plus CPU Power to the Forefront!
Mediatek’s Next Big Thing: Dimensity 9500 CPU Architecture Revealed
Mediatek has been making waves in the chipset world with its innovative designs, and the latest rumors hint at an even more exciting future ahead. With the Dimensity 9300 and 9400 series already leaving a lasting impression, we’re now getting a glimpse into the next big thing: the Dimensity 9500.
According to a reliable tipster, Digital Chat Station, the Dimensity 9500 will feature a 2+6 CPU architecture, consisting of 2x Cortex-X930 "Travis" prime cores and 6x Cortex-A730 "Gelas" performance cores. This design is reminiscent of Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, which also employs a 2+6 architecture.
But what’s even more impressive is that these prime CPU cores are expected to hit a peak clock frequency of up to 4GHz, making them one of the fastest on the market. To achieve this feat, Mediatek will be utilizing TSMC’s N3P process (3nm) and ARM’s Scalable Matrix Extension (SME) technology, which promises improved power efficiency and multi-thread performance.
While there’s no official release date announced, given the launch of the Dimensity 9400 in October, we can expect the Dimensity 9500 to debut sometime in the coming months.
