One of the most significant upgrades is the use of the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor across the entire range. This means that the Galaxy S25 series will be exclusively powered by this latest chipset, bringing improved performance and efficiency.

The screen sizes for the three handsets are listed as 6.2 inches (Galaxy S25), 6.7 inches (Galaxy S25 Plus), and 6.9 inches (Galaxy S25 Ultra), with the Ultra model sporting a slight increase in size compared to its predecessor. Additionally, all three phones come with 12GB of RAM and IP68 protection against water and dust.

The same camera specs are expected for the Galaxy S25 and S25 Plus, with a triple-lens 50MP+12MP+10MP rear camera setup featuring 3x optical zoom. The camera specs look to be identical to last year, with the new twist being the software updates to One UI 7, built on Android 15.
