Key Updates and Changes
* Star Wars Outlaws‘ stealth mechanics have been tweaked to make the experience less frustrating, with adjustments to AI detection, NPC numbers and positioning, patrol pathing, camera detection, and environmental opportunities to reduce player friction.
* Kay Vess, the game’s main character, is now less likely to be detected while using cover.
* The speeder has been updated to provide a more enjoyable ride, with improvements to camera positioning, speeder response and reaction, and collision detection to reduce dismounts due to small rocks and other environmental obstacles.
Beyond Stealth and Speeder Fixes
The patch notes outline a number of additional changes and bug fixes, including:
+ Squashed game-breaking and annoying bugs
+ Presentation adjustments, such as updated animations after takedowns and an updated melee animation after Kay punches an enemy wearing a helmet
