Are These the Shirts and Jackets We’ll See in the Upcoming Season of ‘Yellowstone’?
Bad news: We are still months away from the second half of Season 5 of Yellowstone, which is set to saddle up for one last ride beginning November 10th. Good news: We need not wait to gear up appropriately, as Filson just dropped its latest collection, dubbed The New West, with smart updates to iconic pieces we just might see on the show.
It remains to be seen whether the Dutton clan and co. will actually suit up in these garments, but considering the affinity they have for the brand — both John (Kevin Costner) and Beth (Kelly Reilly) have donned Filson coats, and Rip Wheeler (Cole Hauser) regularly rocks a Short Lined Cruiser — it’s a distinct possibility.
Even if they don’t, you should consider doing so yourself, because the new arrivals (highlighted by fresh colorways that nonetheless sustain Western flair) look fantastic. Here are a few items we love — that would not look at all out of place on a sprawling ranch in Montana.
Filson Lightweight Alaskan Guide Shirt
Made of comfortable yet long-lasting 6-oz. 100 percent cotton twill, the Lightweight Alaskan Guide Shirt is an airier alternative to the standard version beloved by ranchers and guides since the mid-’90s.
