From the get-go, you’ll notice the sleek and well-built interface. The app’s design is minimalistic, with a clean layout that’s easy to navigate. The fonts, menus, and icons are thoughtfully designed, making it a pleasure to use.

When you start using PUSH, you’ll be asked to generate a workout plan. The app offers flexible plans, ranging from three to six sessions per week. You can choose between full-body or push-pull-legs splits, and even swap exercises before starting your plan.
